Changes in Ledgy’s leadership structure

Growing Ledgy since the early days, to now empowering thousands of private and publicly listed companies across 70+ jurisdictions; from FTSE 100 giants to some of the most valuable private companies, from Tier 1 management consultancies to global asset managers. Ledgy is now profitable, reaching ~$10M ARR, and are conservatively tracking >65% YoY growth this year.

”Armon has been a driving force behind the success and growth of Ledgy. I and the whole of the founding team are very grateful to have had him as part of our story. This announcement and leadership change is very exciting for the business and will enable us to work more closely and efficiently as we continue to scale.” - Yoko Spirig, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Ledgy.

Other leadership changes at Ledgy

Ledgy also announces two new members of the leadership team, Head of Engineering, Angela Santin and Head of CS, Harry Pattinson.

Angela originally joined Ledgy in April 2022 where she was an individual contributor within the engineering function. “Ledgy gave me that opportunity early on, trusting me to transition into engineering management after just a few months. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of managing and working alongside many talented engineers across our platform and financial reporting teams” Angela says. Focussing on quality and operational excellence, Angela, as Head of Engineering, will be spearheading the acceleration of Ledgy’s next phase of growth.

Harry joined Ledgy in March 2023 and has since progressed through various customer success roles and is now leading the customer success strategy and operations. Harry explains that “the journey from reactive 360 CS to proactive specialised teams will not be an easy one but as Ledgy grows, it’s essential that our world-class support grows with it.” Given Harry’s expertise and in-depth industry and product knowledge, this move strengthens the leadership team even further.

A note on Ledgy’s talent and progression strategy

“Promoting from within is a core part of our strategy at Ledgy, enabling us to benefit from the incredible talent that we have in the business whilst offering opportunity to those with significant experience in our company. As we have scaled, our team has collated invaluable knowledge both about Ledgy’s offering and the wider market that will steer us well into the future.” - Armon Bättig, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Ledgy.
