Gabbi Stopp to join Ledgy as Industry Relations & Strategic Partnerships Lead

We’re beyond excited to announce that Gabbi Stopp will be joining Ledgy as our new Industry Relations & Strategic Partnerships Lead on 5 May 2025.

With over 25 years of experience in equity compensation, Gabbi is a respected industry leader and advocate for expanding equity ownership worldwide. Her extensive career spans corporate issuers like Tesco and Barclays, equity administration provider Equiniti, the charity ShareGift, and multiple industry organisations. Most recently, Gabbi served as Executive Director at the Global Equity Organization (GEO), where she played a pivotal role in advancing global equity education and professional development.

At Ledgy, Gabbi will spearhead our efforts to build and strengthen relationships with key tax, advisory, and equity incentive partners. Her mission? To drive strategic alliances that position Ledgy as the most flexible end-to-end equity management solution - supporting companies from private scale-ups to IPO and beyond.

Gabbi is not just a leader in the space - she’s a lifelong learner and industry advocate. A Fellow of both the Global Equity Organization and the Chartered Governance Institute, she is also currently pursuing a Masters in Philanthropy, Grantmaking & Social Investment at Bayes Business School in London.
