Ledgy Platform Terms

How you use Ledgy determines which terms form your agreement with us. Only the section(s) that describe(s) you applies. More than one section can apply to you at the same time. Please read these terms and all other relevant documents that form part of your agreement with us carefully, including any terms contained within an order form with us.

• You were given access to Ledgy by your employer or its administrator as an end user. The Ledgy EULA and privacy notice apply to you.
• You buy or sell listed shares through Ledgy as an end user. The nominee agreement also applies to you, and you accept it separately in the app.
• You manage a company account on Ledgy. The Ledgy customer terms of service and data processing agreement apply to your management of the account, and the Ledgy privacy notice applies to you as a natural person.
• Your company’s account is managed on Ledgy by an administrator (which is Ledgy’s customer) and you have been given access to Ledgy as a company user by the administrator. The Ledgy intermediate customer terms apply to you and your company and the Ledgy privacy notice applies to you as a natural person.
