We co-create and innovate

Ledgy is committed to customer-centric product development, working as an agile partner for our customers to evolve with them and their needs. Our CAB is central to this strategy, lending their expertise on a regular basis to explore new product possibilities, give feedback on our product roadmap, participate in early beta feature testing, and more.

We believe collaboration is key to spark innovation and deliver the best software and experience for our users. Hear directly from our CAB members on how they use Ledgy to make their equity work:

“Ledgy promised us a HiBob integration three weeks after we signed the contract, and they actually delivered it quicker than intended. It’s the first and only time I’ve seen a software vendor following up on a promise and even outperforming it.”

“I have just completed my EMI return. Last year, it took me a day to compile, manually adding data from various sources. This time, I hit a button. A great improvement – thank you Ledgy.”

“Since signing with Ledgy, it’s been proven time and time again that the team, and especially the product team, really engages with customers to find ways to improve. I’ve had two-way conversations about how Ledgy can make my life easier. It shows that Ledgy is really focused on building a customer-centric product.”

CAB Meetings & Benefits

The programme consists of quarterly meetings, which take place primarily online. The quarterly online meetings will be supported by a Slack channel, where members are encouraged to stay in contact with each other and our Leadership team, for an opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at Ledgy and to establish business contacts across Europe.

In addition, our CAB members are flown out once per year to meet in person and to participate in an exclusive CAB workshop. During the workshop, strategic developments and current equity trends are discussed. In 2023, the workshop was followed by a half day, customer-facing Ledgy conference, which the CAB members attended.
