Ledgy’s $10m Series A round in September ’21 marked the entry of renowned Silicon Valley investor Sequoia Capital into the Swiss startup ecosystem—almost 50 years after its founding.

We are an international and diverse team of 21 people, coming from 17 different countries and speaking 18 different languages.

At Ledgy, you will

  • Work closely with our Head of Marketing to ensure our go-to marketing strategy is well executed
  • Start by auditing our marketing funnels to bridge any technical and data gaps
  • Identify and execute opportunities across all the stages of our customer lifecycles
  • Install and manage a tracking environment that clarifies our acquisition channel touchpoints
  • Own our roadmap of growth experiments and tie them into our revenue goals
  • Oversee our search and social performance marketing campaigns to scale budget and ROI
  • Implement the technical tasks on our website for conversion rate optimization
  • Setup the stack of tools necessary to streamline and scale our marketing operations
  • Report on growth projections and the results of performance

You’ll be a great fit for the job if you

  • Have 5 years of experience in growth or demand generation at a B2B SaaS
  • Are data-driven, creative, and technically capable to execute
  • Know how to extract and act on data that supports your growth strategy
  • Consider performance marketing and SEO on your list of strengths
  • Can plan a mid to long-term growth roadmap while identifying quick wins
  • Enjoy the process of understanding our users, their pain points, and how Ledgy solves them
  • Look forward to joining an aligned team with one common goal
