We are looking for a customer success manager to join our team and help tackle the next growth phase to become the #1 equity software for startups in Europe and beyond.

Ledgy's software solution helps democratizing ownership in startups. We create transparency for all owners of a startup, and bring scalability to important processes for founders such as managing their stockholders, preparing financing rounds or granting equity to all their employees.

Our customers are successful European companies, like Frontify, Wefox, VIU, or NA-KD.

Since our incorporation in 2017, we've been listed every year among the TOP 100 of Swiss startups and are ranked in the Top 10 Swiss Fintech startups to watch in 2020.

Most importantly, we are a young, international and diverse team of 12 people, coming from 7 different countries speaking 12 different languages.

As a customer success manager at Ledgy, your mission is

…to make sure our customers get the highest possible value out of Ledgy right from the start and be the customers’ voice in Ledgy.

As a customer success manager at Ledgy, you
  • Onboard customers to make sure they get the highest value from Ledgy from the beginning
  • Know the product inside and out to answer questions from customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers and regularly follow up with them for updates and feedback
  • Listen closely to customer feedback and develop a vision for the product roadmap with the product team.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, sales and product leads and are responsible to ensure the customers’ voice is heard by all departments
  • Set up scalable processes in the customer success department as we grow
The job is a good fit for you if
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS in a customer-facing role.
  • You enjoy analytical tasks (though fascinating, equity in startups can get fairly complex!)
  • You enjoy not only all aspects of customer success but are also ready to jump in where help is needed (e.g. sales, operations)
  • You are a generalist with a learning mindset
  • You are passionate about startups or even consider starting your own business someday
  • You are fluent in English (German and French are a plus)
