We are Ledgy, a SaaS startup from Zurich, looking for a customer success manager to join our team and help position Ledgy as the #1 in the equity management market.

Ledgy is a SaaS tool to manage the equity of private companies. It helps democratizing ownership in startups by assisting founders with important processes such as managing their stockholders, preparing financing rounds or granting equity to their employees.

Our customers are successful European companies, like Wefox, VIU, or NA-KD.

We closed our €1m seed round in December 2018 with a group of exciting investors. Our institutional investors have been selected as the digital shapers of 2018 by Bilanz magazine. Our angel investors invested in startups like Facebook, BlaBlaCar, and SumUp, and have previously founded Doodle.com. Since 12 months after our incorporation, we've been listed among the TOP 100 of Swiss startups and are ranked in the Top 10 Swiss Fintech startups to watch in 2020.

We are a young and international team of 9 people, coming from 6 different countries speaking 10 different languages. We are inspired by the startup scene and hacker spirit in Silicon Valley and want to bring this vibe to Switzerland and Europe. (We have once been invited to Y Combinator for an interview.)

As a customer success manager at Ledgy, your mission is

…to make sure our customers get the highest possible value out of Ledgy right from the start. Be the customers’ voice.

As a customer success manager at Ledgy, you will
  • Help onboard customers to make sure the account is set up correctly and they get the highest value from Ledgy from the beginning
  • Know the product perfectly to answer questions from customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers and regularly follow up with them for updates and feedback
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing, sales and product leads. Making sure the customers’ voice is heard by all departments.
  • Strategy: Help scaling processes in the customer success department as we grow
The job is a good fit for you if
  • For a permanent position: You have 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS in a customer-facing role. For an internship position: No specific previous experience needed.
  • You enjoy analytical tasks (Though fascinating, equity in startups can get fairly complex!)
  • You enjoy not only all aspects of customer success but are also ready to jump in where help is needed (e.g. sales, operations)
  • You are a generalist and a life-long learner
  • You love the challenge of scaling a startup from Switzerland to Europe and the global market
  • You are passionate about the tech and venture industry and/or even consider starting your own business someday
  • You are fluent in English (German and French are a plus)
