Ledgy’s $10m Series A round in September ’21 marked the entry of renowned Silicon Valley investor Sequoia Capital into the Swiss startup ecosystem—almost 50 years after its founding.

We are an international and diverse team of 33 people, 50% women, coming from 22 different countries and speaking 20 different languages.

As a Talent Sourcer at Ledgy, you will work with an amazing team of people and talent professionals in order to bring in the next generation of Ledgistas. We are hiring the top candidates in the world and using state of the art tools to do so. Your unique mission will be to build talent pipelines, research candidate pools, and simply find and attract the most amazing people in the world to work with. 

At Ledgy, you will

  • Dive deep into the mechanics of social networks and develop creative methods to discover amazing talent
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Manage our candidate pipeline to ensure we have diverse, quality and engaged talent ready to connect
  • Craft a vast set of easy-to-use heuristics to infer future job performance from candidate profiles
  • Find and engage active or passive candidates by using Greenhouse, LinkedIn and alternative searching techniques
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our approach and drive meaningful changes, where leveraging data to influence hiring managers will be key
  • Partner with other talent team members to collaborate on recruiting efforts and interesting operational and strategic projects
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to effectively qualify specific criteria and skill sets for each role and generate creative sourcing strategies.
