Marketing Operations Associate at Ledgy

As Ledgy’s Marketing Operations Associate, your mission is to build and scale insights, processes and infrastructure that power key marketing programs and decisions across our marketing funnel

At Ledgy, you will:

  • Work closely with our head of marketing and revenue operations lead to accelerate marketing-sourced revenue
  • Devise strategies and methods for automated data collection and analysis, to provide marketing with insights on performance and forecasts across the revenue funnel
  • Leverage MarTech tools, systemise the information flow and own our CRM - including lead scoring and funnel mapping to drive revenue velocity while serving our Biz Dev and CX teams with insights
  • Collect data and conduct in depth analysis to uncover opportunities
    • Across our marketing funnel to generate demand and improve conversions
    • On our target market, demographics and customer journeys to identify market potential
  • Empower the marketing team with data that informs strategy, deal velocity and tool stack analysis with an emphasis on marketing automation
  • Measure and optimize marketing's input into revenue and provide strategies that influence our go to marketing strategy

You’ll be a great fit for the job if you...

  • Have a thorough understanding of B2B marketing processes, automation and CRM tools
  • Are a strategic and creative thinker, and use data insights to guide your decisions
  • Have 3 years of experience in marketing or similar operational roles for SaaS companies
  • Are energised by designing and implementing processes and growth enabling initiatives for scale
  • Are a quick learner and always curious to learn the mechanics behind successful companies
  • Are able to easily communicate complex problems and have experience in managing senior stakeholders
