Sarah Beddoes
Founder at Innovative Legal
Sarah Beddoes is the founder of Innovative Legal, a legal consultancy providing Fractional General Counsel support to growing companies that are not yet ready for a full-time in-house lawyer but need pragmatic, commercially focused legal support. Innovative Legal also provides AI advisory services, helping businesses navigate AI regulation, governance, responsible AI, and the legal implications of deploying AI tools and technologies. Sarah has worked across both private practice and in-house roles, including at the magic circle law firm Freshfields and Olswang (now CMS). Before launching Innovative Legal, she was General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Co-Chair of the Committee for Responsible AI at an AI technology scale-up with operations across the UK, the US and Australia. In that role, she became recognised as a legal thought leader in AI, with particular expertise in AI regulation, responsible innovation and AI ethics. Sarah was named a Woman Leader in Tech Law at the 2024 Women, Influence & Power in Law UK Awards and was also recognised as a Rising Star for two consecutive years in the Thomson Reuters London Super Lawyers lists.

Harry Borovick
General Counsel at Luminance, Author of “AI and the Law”
Harry Borovick is General Counsel and AI Governance Officer of Luminance. As well as working at the forefront of the development of AI for legal operations, Harry is the Programme Director of the AI Governance Leadership Programme at Kings College London, and lectures at Queen Mary University London and UC Law San Francisco on applied legal AI and AI ethics. Harry also sits as an AI advisor to CiArb and is the author of AI and The Law: A Practical Guide to Using AI Safely.

Dexter Tang
Head of International Equity Compliance & Operations at Google
Dexter Tang is a member of Google's Global Equity Management team, leading all aspects of Google's International Equity Compliance and Operations. With over a decade of expertise in global mobility and equity compliance and administration, Dexter manages complex projects across 64 jurisdictions, serving approximately 70,000 employees throughout APAC, LatAm, and EMEA. He is a passionate advocate for leveraging automation and artificial intelligence to scale global equity operations. Beyond his technical leadership in tax compliance and plan administration, Dexter is also an avid advocate for belonging and inclusion having previously served as the Intersectionality Lead for Google Pride@ EMEA. Prior to Google, he held key global mobility management roles at PwC in Australia and Malaysia.
